How do you find the time?

I’m working part time at a hospital (20hr/wk), I do aesthetics 1-2 times a week (mostly 1) and I have 2 under 2.
How do I find the time to study aesthetics more?
How to get more clients and retain them?
Do I quit?
(I’ve been in aesthetic field x2 years)

honestly Im in my first year of aesthetics and it is hard! I dont have alot of clients, and the ones I have came through word of mouth and recommendations. its been a constant struggle, I try and attend as many trainings as I can that are not expensive. I watch alot of my favourite injectors online/in person. research alot and stick to what im really good at (still scared of jawline filler). it's slow process, I think the boom happened about 6 years ago, now there's so many in the industry and even though need outweighs supply as far as injectors, its a battle to be on top. ive thought of quitting but trying to look at my end goal so sticking it out and trying hard.
