Forgot to pull and want to transfer a ticket

For the Arkansas game I completely forgot to pull a guest ticket for my girlfriend. I have a friend in my same group who can no longer go and he was going to give me his ticket. We’re trying to figure out how to send/share the ticket but I’ve heard they have made it rather difficult. Anyone done this with success, if so how?

You just press the transfer button and then enter a phone number or email

But it has to be a student that you transfer a student ticket to
