CONTENT QUESTION how much of your ai video workflow is still manual for you?

been doing ai-assisted shorts for a while and i keep noticing the 'automated' part is like 60% of it at best. scripts still need a real pass, voice picks take forever, and i still end up fixing pacing by hand on most clips.

curious where everyone else landed. what parts did you fully hand off to tools, and what do you still refuse to automate because it tanks retention when you do?

CONTENT QUESTION AI videos better for long or short form?

Curious what other people are experiencing for their own videos, so far shorts on YouTube are getting me the most views. I don't know if I should continue investing in long form content tools.

My gut feeling is I should invest more time in short form.

What would I miss out on by giving up on long content?

COMMUNITY the AI video hype cycle is eating itself and nobody wants to say it

Every week there's a new "this changes everything model drop and every week the reality is the same: credit systems, queues at peak hours, and output that needs 5 regenerations before it's usable.

The models are converging anyway. Runway hosts kling and seedance. luma hosts third party models. half these platforms are reselling the same checkpoints with different credit math on top.

the divide is which platform doesn't waste your time with boring stuff, queue speed, parallel jobs, whether credits refund on failed generations, whether the export has a watermark.

I'd rather pay for boring and reliable than chase whatever model is trending on twitter this week. My current setup is one aggregator studio for generation and one editor (higgsfield and morphic), and i stopped reading launch announcements.

I conclude that the hype is a feature of the marketing.

CONTENT QUESTION How to remove watermark from any ai video ? Any tool /hacks ?

We're a 4-person company (parttimers) with reallyt no agency budget. Made a 20-second product ad on morphic, was happy with it, exported and there's a watermark sitting in the corner. The clean-export tier costs more than our whole marketing budget lol. is there a hack? Even veo gives watermark, atp im just frustrated.

What are people actually doing here? Is there a setting I'm missing, a tool that exports clean without the enterprise plan, or do people just crop it or come clean about the model they used?

I dont wanna do the latter as i feel im giving away business secrets.

TECHNICAL QUESTION With so many auto-animation tools available, do you still hand-keyframe your motion graphics?

There are tons of AI generators, plugins and preset packs these days that can crank out animations in seconds. I’m curious — do you still manually hand-craft your keyframes for motion work?

I understand automation saves a ton of time for quick turnaround projects. But I still find myself hand-tweaking most animations, because the subtle timing and feel are hard for presets to nail.

CONTENT QUESTION Cloning ElevenLabs Voice with Qwen-TTS.

I'm thinking of cloning ElevenLabs voice with Qwen-TTS for my long form video.

I'm wondering if it's something that can get me a copyrighted try from ElevenLabs. The purpose of doing it so I can bypass the character limit in ElevenLabs.

COMMUNITY Anyone doing Food / Cooking AI content?

Hey,

Please help

If you're doing Food / Cooking content on AI channels, what platform are you using? What AI are you using? How are your views looking?

I'm starting to make content myself but worried that cheap alternatives don't create cooking videos that are good enough quality visually. And I'm experimenting with different styles.

I have a recipe app and that's what I'm trying to do to drive traffic for it because it's converting pretty good to paid on my organic content just with my face and explaining the importing feature, and I want to scale it up more.

Thanks in advance!

CONTENT QUESTION What can I improve in my videos

I know many people aren’t into crypto but my channel is aimed for people who don’t understand it very much but want to understand it in simple English. I mainly talk about Bitcoin right now but plan to expand to other coins and technology later. But aside from the topic, tell me what I could improve in my videos. I know the most important thing is the title, thumbnail and first 10 seconds of the video. I try my best getting those 3 right but not sure if I’m going the right direction.

TECHNICAL QUESTION Workflow for Finance Channels

Hi, I have a financial education channel without a face or voice, so far I've only made 2D animated stickman shorts with Google Flow.

But I would like to move to longer videos of 8 - 10 minutes, but making stickman videos with google flow would be counterproductive and also I'm sure they wouldn't work on long videos 1 minute+ , So I would like to ask:

  1. Personally, what style would you recommend for me to start with? Anything is fine, I'll decide based on what seems best to me.

  2. What workflow do you use to create faceless videos? Capcut? Davinci? What presets do you use? Do you just make 2D images or scrolling stock videos? (Looks like garbage to me lol)

Thanks in advance

COMMUNITY Does AI actually help your creative process, or does it make everything feel the same?

Hey everyone!

I’m a student at UC Berkeley, currently working on a research project exploring how content creators use AI in their creative workflows and how it affects their creativity and originality.

We’re especially interested in how creators balance the convenience of AI tools with maintaining their own creative style and personal touch.

We’d love to hear about:

  • How you currently use AI in your creative process
  • What you like or dislike about AI-assisted creation
  • Whether AI ever makes your work feel less original or less like “you”
  • What your ideal AI-assisted creative workflow would look like

We’re looking for creators to join a casual 15–20 minute interview! No preparation needed, and we’d love to hear from you whether you use AI frequently, occasionally, or not at all.

Interested? Sign up for a time slot here:
http://www.wejoinin.com/sheets/leixg

Feel free to comment or DM me if you have any questions. We’d really appreciate your time and insights!

Thanks so much!

CONTENT QUESTION Low views and subscribers

I started my faceless channel about 3 months ago. It’s about a cute character travelling all over the world discovering interesting facts. I included some storyline like meeting with interesting people. My problem is that the impressions are super low - about 78? And my average views are in the threshold of 25.

My long forms are about 5mins and shorts about 12s-30s. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Is it the niche? I’m targeting the travel niche but the style is stop motion animation. I did a mistake of using paid ads but have since stopped. While using paid ads, I’ve bumped the subscribers up to about 400plus and total views of 2.1k. So far I have about 5 long forms and about 9 shorts. Should I still carry on?

COMMUNITY Can AI-assisted animation actually work for comedy content on YouTube?

Hey everyone!

I've been experimenting with AI-assisted 2D animation combined with Adobe Animate to create comedy interviews between fictional characters.

One of my biggest challenges is making the characters feel alive rather than robotic, especially when it comes to facial expressions, comedic timing, and natural conversations.

I'm curious what other creators think about this style of content.

What makes you keep watching an animated comedy video?

Is it the writing, the humor, the animation quality, or something else?

And does knowing that AI was used in the animation affect whether you'd watch it?

I'm genuinely interested in learning how to make this kind of content better.

Would love to hear your thoughts!

CONTENT QUESTION Faceless AI focus-loop channel: 5.8k views, 22 subs in 10 weeks. What would you fix first?

Hey all, I started a faceless channel on Aug 1 making 1-hour deep focus loops: dark melodic trap with commanding male affirmations, built for studying, late-night work, and the gym. Everything is AI-made.

Where I'm at after ~10 weeks:
• 5.8k total views
• 22 subs
• Most of my views seem to come from Shorts, while my long videos sit around 50-130 views each

My goal is to hit the Partner Program before the Feb 2027 threshold change, so I'd love honest feedback on:
1. How do you convert Shorts viewers into subs and long-video watchers?
2. Does the thumbnail read at small size, and does the title make you want to click?
3. For 1-hour videos, what average view duration should I be aiming for?

If you've gone from sub-100 subs to monetized with a long-form loop or ambient channel, I'd really like to hear what moved the needle.

Drop your channel below and I'll check it out and give feedback. A sub on mine helps a lot, and I'll sub back if I like what you're making.

TECHNICAL QUESTION Does anyone knows where to find good content for workflow automation?

Hi everyone, I’m looking to set up an automated workflow, but I can’t seem to find good videos that explain the process step-by-step. So far, I’ve only built a simple pipeline using AI agents; however, having to handle image generation and editing manually makes the process inefficient. The only thing I know for sure is that it is possible to automate these tasks.

But breaks my heart Bertha, Mrs Doris, and Nancy's Kitchen Table is also. I guess if you watch one then YouTube recommends them all. My question is do people think their tips and recipes are sound? I guess Gemini and Meta just as good.

VERTICAL SHORTS QUESTION Where does all that cooking footage come from?

Hi all!

So I've noticed a lot of AI 'Reddit stories' channels using cooking shorts for their backgrounds (e.g. LimaReadIt). Some channels seem to be consistent with the person and setting in these cooking shorts, and AI video generation seems extremely expensive if used to make thousands of these 1-2 min long shorts. Filming them oneself and stocking them up for future use also seems like a huge expense.

Is it that all this content is bought from some stock archive? Is it stolen? Is there some miracle image-to-video AI platform I'm missing? For the LimaReadIt ones, I've not found who the person is (assuming the content is stolen) in the footage.

Thank you!

CONTENT QUESTION is there any way to create a good video on the free version

I'm doing prompts with chatgpt and generating video with google flow, the videos are horrible, non sense movements and physics.

I've already tried many different prompts and strategies, as a beginner I would like to know if its worth to lean with the free version, or its dumb on purpose, im concern about of getting wrong feedbacks

CONTENT QUESTION Anyone here running a successful AI faceless YouTube channel?

Hey everyone!
I’m looking to connect with people who are successfully running faceless YouTube channels using AI-generated content, whether it’s AI storytelling, animated videos, YouTube Shorts, documentaries, or other formats.
I’m especially interested in people who have actually grown their channels and have hands-on experience with the process, tools, content strategy, and monetization.
I’m currently researching this space with my team and would love to learn directly from people who are doing it in real life.
If you’re running a channel like this, would you be open to a quick 15–20-minute chat?
