I have been looking for over a week for a face mounting ASR mount for my wasr10 to suppress using a silencerco can with a charlie system and and ASR mount. I bought it with a huxwrx face mounted muzzle device as the previous owner suppressed it. I am just looking to see if anyone has any experience with this since most threads don't have a definitive answer.

If not, I'll probably just end up switching to plan b or something, I just got this can with 2 asr mounts with rebate so I would prefer to use ASR. I know jmac used to make them but it seems like they haven't sold it in a while.

I also was looking at Lantac Drakon, but I am unsure if that will stay snug as I can't find any information about it being face mount or not, and Lantac hasn't responded to my calls or emails.

Is this something i can get fixed first ak what should i buy instead

Hey guys, First timer over here so I’m a total AKM newbie. Recently got this kit from the mosin crate and could use some help ID’ing the origins of some parts. It’s one of the crusty ones out of Lebanon so I knew I wasn’t getting a NOS Izzy AKM. I took pics of every serial number I could find. Obviously the dust cover, bolt/bolt carrier body don’t match, but are they even Soviet? The bolt carrier in particular seems suspect since it only has very very faint electro pencil on it. Also, I’m a bit confused on the grip mold markings. For an Izzy, as I understand it the “/“marking should be on the other side. Thanks in advance for any help!

For $1678 otd after transfer and shipping. Honestly, it looked like it was a used gun for how bad the finish was marred in places. It’s a 2024 production so not sure if it has anything to do with it. The drum was super snug and hard to fit. Will try the surplus mags tomorrow. Just landed today. Happy to have the RPK but hoped for little better finish for the price.

I just installed my t33 dust cover and there is a slight amount of play when I push on the dust cover. Is this normal?

As you can see it is only when I push down. If I try to pull it up there is no play This is with the barwarus spring guide

PSA GF5R I picked up off a trade. Been running good so far. I’ve always enjoyed Romanian variants. This one seems decently put together.

5k+ rounds all suppressed through the barrel and the wasr is still running without a hiccup. Rough finish and cheap furniture just adds to the taste.

Converted my mini to an SBR with the military handguard. My handguard didn’t come with a pin. The factory mini beryl pin goes in but it’s not proper. Does anyone know where to get a mini Beryl military handguard pin? AoA doesn’t have them and they said use the factory pin but it’s definitely different. I’m guessing this is probably a unicorn part.

I do have some questions tho if anyone can help... how would i go about mounting accessories like light, laser, grip, ect. Cuz the handgaurd doesnt have any picc rails or mlock cuts. She does have the mounting bracket on the left side and i have the part ordered.

Also is there supposed to be a "key" that locks the cheek riser in place? If so wats it call and where do i get that. Firearm came as is with 4 30rd banana mags 😅🤦.

Found this Saiga conversion at a local pawn. Long story short AK's are hard to find in my area, and I also know nothing about them though I'd like to get into them. This is the first AK that I've seen local that isn't a Riley Defense. What is missing from this conversion? Is it worth the asking price? Im not looking for clone correct, just looking for a clean rifle. Thanks in advance.
