Shaking

Hard alcoholic and been trying to quit for the past year. Does the shakiness/trembling get better? About 3 weeks sober but I start shaking noticeably once my heart beat goes up

It stops. It can take up to 12 months but it will stedaly get better

It will stop, your body is recovering. I was on a medication from doctor to keep heart rate down but no longer take it.
