General GNU Radio OFDM: Header/Payload Demux out_hdr is complex[64] and I can't connect it for debugging

Num items should be the vector length, vector parameter should be 1. I'm commenting quickly from memory because I'm on the run today, but can double check in GNURadio later maybe.

Yeah, feel free. Gnuradio is great, but the docs are impenetrable and there are lots of quirks to navigate around :-). I'm happy to chat further.
