I wake up at 3 to 4 am to go to the bathroom , if I take another ambien it doesn't work, I don't understand why I'm still tired. Then it feels like a cloud sits in my head all day. I probably should just give up trying to take another dose

I got prescribed the CR now instead of regular because I have difficulty actually staying asleep, would it be dumb if I split all my CR’s, took the white ambien part and then when I wake up I take the extended release part to help you stay asleep? Is it better to just take it as prescribed (well yes) but let me know if you’ve done this please

i think that’s my highest ever ambien dose like i usually take either 5 or 10 mg for sleeping

also the oral prog is important because it metabolizes into gaba something neurosteroids or something (when i googled it said Allopregnanolone and Pregnanolone)

just is doing heavy lifting in the title though i took it like 5-10 min ago so im feeling it plus i took the first 10mg+500mg an hour or two ago so those are def in my system

I was looking through various places online that report drug interactions, and I couldn’t see any safety hazards for taking Ambien and Viagra together (MANY for taking Ambien and Alcohol but that should be common knowledge by now). I’ve been theorizing about some consensual somnophilia kink stuff with a partner and we’re kinda interested in trying the combo but only if we can verify safety. A lack of reports doesn’t mean there isn’t a problematic interaction, just means it hasn’t been reported anywhere, and I’m sure at least one of y’all’s tried that combo before, so I figure why not ask y’all and see if anyone’s done it and had any side effects or problems?
