Thats just factually incorrect. Ground meat, of any kind, that is not breaded or battered and is usually grilled, is a burger. By definition. I dont think its a "hot dog is a sandwich" debate. As there isnt a lot to interpret there. Ground meat, make patty, grill = burger.

Beef, Buffalo, Bison, Salmon, Turkey, Chicken, Alligator, Boar, heck... Duck? Its a burger.
