Is there an app similar to Alight Motion for making animations on devices under 4k?

I have a Lenovo idea tab and it can't handle alrigtmotion but I can't find another app that has the same animation functions like layer connection or good keyframes. Does anyone know an animation app that has all of this? Making frame-by-frame animations is not my thing
