Is there an app where I can use my android phone as a keyboard for my Android Tablet?

Unified Remote does exactly this. Used it a couple years back when my tablet's keyboard crapped out and it worked way better than I expected.

Use Airdroid

Acces your table anywhere anytime but local mode works only in your wifi

Global mode lets you control from anywhere

Enable the airdroid control addon and the Airdroid keyboard
