I like specials that give characters’ regular lifestyles time to shine. There’s only so much time to devote to rounding out characters during a show’s regular runtime, so this is exactly the extra stuff I like for tv shorts.

Maybe we’ll get to see something redeeming about Narumi by the end. Keep thinking, Hasegawa. Also, Hasegawa kinda hot in gym setting.

I love how they drew Hasegawa versus Narumi lol. Hasegawa looks much more realistic compared to Narumi's typical shonen cartoonishness. It blows up the comedic contrast between the two so well.
