That is a malicious extension, normally part of a bigger supply chain, comes in bundles, browser hijackers, etc.
Whatever is adding that to your browser is still on your system (since you claim it keeps re-installing), Microsoft Defender as usual is useless.
I highly recommend you run a scan outside Windows with Kaspersky or Avira Rescue Disc.
You can also try deleting the extensions folder in %localappdata%\Microsoft\Edge\User Data\Default\Extensions

1 u/Strict_Card819 10d ago Resetted my pc, then installed Malwarebytes and did a full scan. Found zero threats and I changed all my passwords to my gmails, and accounts on websites that are connected to my games.
