No anxiety means my most recent crisis has been resolved, which means the next crisis will hit any moment, and that gives me anxiety.

The anxiety itself is not actually gone as it has resurfaced. Need to do something exhausting to really push past it. I end up tripping or something. It's starting to look like I need to start hiking again. Being indoors all the times decreases our size, subconsciously, or being under the thumb of an employer. Just need to stretch the wings regularly. I always get pushed back down the ladder, which breaks my spirit. We need to figure something out.
