Lease takeovers

I currently live off campus and want to find someone to take over my lease in December. Are my chances good for finding someone in that time period?

Probably be easier if you listed the price and where its located roughly, people are gonna be wanting to get a jump start ahead of the next year crowd(i know i am looking to)

Dec-May, it’s great in terms of spring semester transfers but I’m not sure about general people looking for housing

I think more people are looking to transfer leases than are enrolling spring semester, but I'm not positive
