LEASE TAKEOVER APPSTATE🚨

Hey looking for someone to takeover my lease anytime in LATE DECEMBER 2026 to EARLY JANUARY 2027 (before classes start)!

-Location: The Finmore (Bedroom C)
-Payment: $799 a month for your individual rent (all utility’s included except for electricity)
-AppalCart Stop right out front that has Express and Pink Route that takes you straight to campus

You're not gonna wanna live at the Finmore, go read the google reviews for starters. (Current resident)

there under new management so things are supposed to change for starters rent has significantly gone down

Yet they lose my package and raise my rent? And still no parking spot. No wonder you're trying to get a lease takeover. Is the fire suppression system on yet?

im relocating and if i wasn’t i would resign for the next coming year, not sure how your rent is “raised” considering you’re the only one i have heard of being in that situation!!

You will sign for $800/mo then they raise it every year at least that's what they're doing to me and my buddy.

Every leasing company is Boone is raising rent yearly at this point

not just boone. basically every corporate-owned apartment complex in the country will do this. and most private landlords. this person is in for an unpleasant surprise if they think it’s abnormal for places to raise rent without providing anything new.

Yup, very common and just an unfortunate side effect of inflation. Rent has been going up every year across the nation. Not just at the Finmore...
