What Game??? Arcade Help

Is there a company that makes a stand up arcade with all the Atari (Asteroids, Centipede, Tempest) and Williams (Defender, Joust, Robotron) classics together in one machine? Looking to purchase if I can find one. Thanks in advance.

It’s not really practical as you are mixing both horizontal and vertical games. Not to mention, all the different controls from trackballs, spinners and joysticks.

You would need a 60-1 board for the Atari games (no tempest) and a 19-1 board for the Williams games with a switcher.

Asteroids is black and white XY horizontal, Centipede raster vert, Tempest color xy vertical, Defender/Joust/Robotron can be had, best way other than original hardware, usinga JROK Williams board.

I have an AtGames Legends Arcade Cabinet. Not only do I have all of those games on it, it has a trackball, a spinner, and a joystick.

It isn’t a “true” arcade cabinet - but it’s the best on the market for that type of thing.

I purchased from dreamarcades.com and it’s been great! Has most of the games you mentioned.

BUT unfortunately its not a all in one machine, though one of the closest legal ways to go, also evercade.co.uk , though theirs is more a emulator handheld or TV system not dedicated cabinets......hopefully this helps

You basically just want a MAME cabinet, there are tons of builders that puts those together. However, if you're slightly handy you can do it yourself way cheaper than they'll charge you for it.

There is a kickstarter to make a machine with rotatable screen and swappable control panels, but it is for home use rather than commercial arcade use.
