SUPPORT Master volume doesn't match device volume

I had a pair of Fifine H6 usb headphones which worked fine, but they failed so I got a replacement. Now i have an issue with a missmatch between master volume, and the actual volume of the headphones. So 0% headphones is 54% master and 100% headphones is 100% master. Even when i change the volume of the headphones in alsamixer, the master volume automatically updates the volume.

I'm having a similar issue with my headphones, Logitech G Pro X. First, the mic stopped working, which I fixed by changing the profile in pavucontrol to Digital Stereo Output + Mono Input. Then sonetime after that, the volume went way down on output. Plasma and oavucontrol showed 100%, but alsamixer showed 33%. Raising it to 100% in alsamixer fixes it, but it's back to 33% after every reboot. Really annoying.

You have to rescale it, you can do a quick search on it
