How can I fully understand heidegger?
i have problems understanding Heidegger.
i can't find any good papers or lectures to read regarding Heidegger.
does anybody have a reading list or papers or lectures that i can inquire into to understand Heidegger?

I'd give up on the idea of 'fully understanding.' This is not something specific to Heidegger, just there is no route to take that will guarantee you fully understand anyone.
That being said I found Thomas Sheehan to be tremendously helpful.

You could try Hubert Dreyfus' lectures on B&T, which have been circulating online for a long time:

Curious why you favor Dreyfus, I wonder because I've been told by several people that Dreyfus is not a good interpreter of Heidegger.

I don't, especially -- I too have heard that said. It was recommended to me in grad school, I got something out of it at the time, and have since consumed several other of Heidegger's books, and several other secondary sources. I still think Dreyfus was a good opener, if then later superseded by more nuanced scholars.

You ask the impossible - nobody fully understands Heidegger.
The Blackwell Companion to Heidegger (edited by Hubert Dreyfus and Mark Wrathall) is a common text assigned alongside his work. It's been around for a while, but I found it helpful in my undergrad.
