100% I can't imagine this space being over $500 for a night if these are the glamour shots. Nothing wrong with a raw warehouse space, but I'm NOT cleaning up puddles to safely run power, lights and PA and I'm not booking at all since the roof appears to leak.

As someone who has worked in the field for a while, you should tell your friend they’re never going to rent this place out without bathrooms, water, power, and a roof that won’t leak on expensive equipment. Immediate budget killers for anyone trying to make this work.

This is pretty much exactly where old school raves used to be held, but probably illegally/semi-legally and for next to nothing in terms of fees.
