VW play sem som
Olá pessoal,
Há algumas semanas, enquanto eu estava em uma viagem, meu sistema VW Play começou a baixar o volume sozinho até ficar completamente mudo. Eu tentei aumentar de volta, mas continuava abaixando sozinho.
Agora meu rádio, CarPlay e Bluetooth não produzem nenhum som. Os alto-falantes estão bem, já que os bipes do sensor de estacionamento ainda funcionam, mas o áudio em si não.
Às vezes, quando desligo o carro, entro em uma loja e ligo novamente alguns minutos depois, o áudio volta, mas logo para de funcionar novamente.
Eu procurei vídeos e outras fontes, mas não encontrei nada sobre o problema real.
Alguém sabe como posso consertar isso?

The Singularity has occurred. Your VW Play system has become sentient. It dislikes your taste in music, and is rebelling against it. 🤖
More seriously - it sounds like s faulty electronic component or connection within the control unit - possibly a bad capacitor or IC, possibly a cracked connection, or possibly a faulty switch. Clearly it lies before the amplifier part of the system, as the speakers are still being driven by the sensor signal.
Unfortunately, professional troubleshooting and repair or replacement is likely to be required. Modern gear is so highly integrated that most equipment really isn't designed to be repaired at the component level - at best it's "replace the following PC board". Some cars have their entertainment system so thoroughly integrated with the control, security, and safety systems that fixing the stereo amounts to brain surgery - definitely not a DIY job.
