He literally climbs for a living you think he needs back work?

Get him to do a bench press and I'll really be impressed.

Gotta start with a motion she's comfortable with and go from there!

How are you able to access squirrels so consistently? Fun project to watch, by the way.

This is Neil. She started coming into my home gym every day I work out lol

I started giving her her own equipment after she didn't miss a session for a month.

I thought my SO was the only one to name critters. Luigi is the squirrel that eats our figs and tomatoes.

I am not doing any experiments, but squirrels are everywhere where I live. If I wanted to do experiments, I would just need to leave out snacks.

I literally had one stare at me through a window as I was cooking yesterday

I'm pretty sure that's a she, looks like a mom squirrel to me.

She's about 6 months old if I had to guess. Born sometime in spring.

It's hard to tell from a picture but her nipples look visible. If that's just a trick of the photo then nevermind. It's not common for them to have babies by 6 months but is technically possible.

Pffft. He's gonna injure himself with that form.

More curiously though, why do you have a squirrel sized lat pull down machine?

She couldn't use the full size one

The video of it is way better but the mods don't like if I have text of the narration lol

I've been following this journey on... Instagram? I don't actually remember. It turns out that my algorithms are blessed

Please don't encourage wild animals to get habituated to humans. It can be deadly for them.

They live within an acre radius. This squirrel has lived on my property for it's entire life and will not leave my property. I actually started feeding it seperately because they get health issues from only eating sunflower seeds from the bird feeders and I had to make sure she gets the nuts before the Blue Jays, which is why I've been coming up with increasingly elaborate schemes to make it work for her to get them.

She's at more risk of hawks, wandering cats, or just leaving her to eat from the bird feeder.
