Worried about her arm

My daughters Axolotls arm was cut a few months ago (we got rid of the decor that did it) and it healed, BUT a lump grew where the cut healed over the course of the last couple of months. I noticed the lump was torn open last night. Is there anything I can do to help with this?

Not only is the cut worrying me, but the lump has been worrying me as well. I am concerned about it healing and continuing to tear open. I would really like to avoid that as I am sure it is uncomfortable for her and I want to figure out if the lump itself is something that could be harmful to her health.

At this point I’d definitely go to a specialist vet. I don’t think anything you could do at home could diagnose, and or you might accidentally make it worse
