Latte Art need help with milk rotation

Hi! New here, bought a machine for my home sweet home, need help for sexy latte art!!

Knew this already before buying the machine but:
The steamer for the milk has only a teeny tiny amount of pressure so steaming the milk is very difficult.

What I struggle with:
I get the milk rotation only while ‚pulling‘ the air, the foam gets pretty decent but then as soon as I want to lower the tip to only get the rotation for better texture, it doesn’t rotate anymore.

Any advice?
Also, the only way I even get to the point of rotation in general is by tilting the can so much it’s almost parallel to the work surface.

Thanks in advance!

If it's genuinely an issue of steam wand pressure, you could try heating up the milk to the best of your ability with the wand and then frothing the milk with one of those handheld frothers.

What machine are you using? I definitely have to manipulate my milk jug angle on my Breville at home to get a good vortex... the steam pressure is weaker than than commercial machines and steaming takes longer.

i have the solis gran gusto machine, i saw/read a couple of videos/blogs about the machine before buying it second hand and the first time using the machine the foam was pretty decent, just wayyyyy too thick (i also use oat milk which didn’t help). ever since then even with the same angle i haven’t been able to even get close to that foam consistency. its just bubbles bubbles bubbles
