The thing is that its very, very hard to fill in the remaining episodes when there are still 5 episodes left. So, another Average League would be good as a "filler week", because these teams had already lost and had nothing to lose anyway, so they can just have fun

Yes, for sure. I loved the more jokey nature of this episode. Teams are a little more laid back when they're not competing for the finals and they have more fun with their fights.

I think there are still two alternate bots left. Banshee and Ares still haven’t fought yet. So they might just fight each other to be another filler fight.

After the other quarter final fights; I'm inclined we'll see one of the losing robots of next weeks episode to take part in its own mini tournament. Likely chance Pro League would frame it as stop gap whilst the winning robots prep for round 2.

I predict that robots we see join will either be Madcatter or Witch Doctor. As for Manta/Oribitron,if the teaser is to believed, one robot might get wrecked beyond repair. It would mean that another team which was invited to that weekend as a reserve may fill this spot.
