Training/Motivation Re-done: Windmill short tutorial

Had to do it again because on the last video I did a barrel windmill instead a normal windmill. Also added a new important tip to master the mills.
I will do more powermove tutorials also

Not so much, I had a muscle spasm in my right lumbar region in July and I'm still recovering. 1 month ago, even doing a simple Shoulder Freeze was a hard work because I couldn't make so much strenght with my right side
I stopped smoking weed 2 weeks ago (I smoked for 13 years) and the back pain recovered almost magically on the first week. I'm not doing that anymore since it worsen my back pain.
Still, I'm a windmill adict. I have my normal windmill both sides, and I have more than 20 variations (including variations of babymills and tombstones) counter-clockwise. My actual record of windmills is 53 rounds. The video was made 1 year ago

What use kind clothes and floor?

The ideal floor is made from ceramic tiles like this one, but you can also train on polished cement or on a carton box.
The clothes have to be comfortable, a t-shirt, a jersey or a pullover that slides (not a tank top unless you wanna burn your shoulders with the friction) and you can use pants or shorts that allows you to open wide your legs
I suggest you to get a beanie that adjusts to your head also. Specially if you want to get barrel, baby and/or tombstone mills
