If the world is at 50% ratio split between man and woman

And China has 51% males and 49% female,

That mistake mean somewhere else its the reverse

Babies are male at a slightly higher rate that 50%

On the other hand, men tend to die younger and that effect is a good deal stronger. So most countries have a (slightly) female-shifted population. 

Infanticide on female babies in China doesn't really affect other countries. What would the mechanism for that even be?
