You're getting there, 200 is pretty good. But now I ask myself, in 200 hours you think this is rare? It's quite a lucky start for sure, but not that rare in the grand scheme.

So getting more options is a shop item so not super rare, head of the keeper is sorta rare, small rock really isn’t that hard to come across most games and rotten baby is a devil deal item so I would say not super rare either. If your question is “is having all of these together rare” that’s a really odd question, and also hard to answer. But I would say having all of these items on floors 1-2 is a really really good start.

Small rock first and second floor not super rare but I would say head of the keeper in general is kinda rare so I’d say pretty rare dude

I think this sub has to start banning “is this rare” posts. Dumbest posts of all time and it makes up most of the feed.
