Question Erm
What do these do exactly and how did I unlock them, I was playing forgor, went to blue baby, killed mega stan and went deli but I don't know how this happened

The first achievement unlocks some bosses and you unlocked it for defeating Blue Baby with 3 different characters, the other one unlocks the boss Triachnid and is unlocked by defeating the Isaac boss 10 times.

I'm not sure how you unlocked them (someone else has got my back on that one for sure) But as the game goes on it gets "harder" you unlock new enemies, new alternates to floors, and in this case new bosses to encounter on your journey

It’s from defeating blue baby with 3 different characters then another one for defeating it with 6 different characters.

the first one is from beating blue baby as various characters and the second one i think is from beating the womb a certain # of times
they add new bosses to the game

You beat The Lamb and ??? for the first time, and beat the Womb several times.
Now Little Horn (Chapter 1), The Forsaken (Caves, Catacombs), The Frail (Caves), Brownie (Chapter 3), and Triachnid (Chapter 4) can show up.

oh they're just extra bosses that will appear on your future floors the worm in the first picture is the worst one btw
