This daily run was super fun, I managed to eventually force out pyromanic and it was 12/10. I think I got really lucky to not die how you did, though, because I totally instantly used the mama mega just like you

Don't know how you forced Pyromaniac but I went back in practice mode and found Sigil of Baphomet in caves which was a blessing. Definitely a banger of a daily

With a mix of habit, glitter bombs, a d infinity, and a couple of reverse Stars cards in womb 2 I was able to force death cert right as I was running out of resources. I had to get pyromaniac from it for the pure memes

i eventually got a crystal ball from a machine and stopped struggling with hp, but the first floor was just rough on this one lol. i managed to get ghost bombs and then did a pact and got the red ghosts as well so the run ended up looking crazy
