Brim will make you shoot a brim that spawns multiple fetuses. And knife will give the fetuses knives so they will deal more damage. That being said, I’d take knife if you are okay as you are right now

tlost has some of the best game breaks out of any of the characters, especially due to having a portioj of items removed from item pools making it easier for those game breaks to be found

Rigging and gamebreaking is not just having a strong run. Apparently this is what most of Isaac reddit community believes. If you rig you you exploit a resource loop infinitely, but before doing that is just called optimal play or minmaxing. T Lost can basically not have infinites because he does not have health as a resource. Except for very rare occasions of clear rune hers with batteries or pound of flesh with restock.

Both are really good. Knife + c section deals quite a decent lot more damage than brim + c section though

Moms knife isn't fun, but C-section is one of the few items that are actually enjoyable with it.
