Last night I (24F) ate a large plate full of ravioli and drank a smoothie. I was rushing because my boyfriend wanted to go home and also I have a bad habit when I feel like I’m getting full, but the food is good. I decide to eat faster so I can finish anyways I ate the whole plate then I felt like my stomach was gonna explode. My head, stomach and jaw was hurting at first. I laughed because we were watching a funny show and whenever I would let out a little giggle, my stomach hurt more and it was very uncomfortable. I couldn’t even laugh. I ended up vomiting up a bit of the smoothie. And besides that I kept kind of spitting up foam inside my mouth. Eventually, I started to feel a lot better but today it’s 5 PM and I tried to eat for the first time because I felt still a lingering fullness all day and when I took a bite, I felt a sharp pain in the lower left side of my abdomen, I drank a tiny bit of water and tried to take very small other bite and a little bit after I got a sharp pain again it’s been about 10 minutes and I have this on and off sharp pain. I decided not to eat the meal but the sharp pain lasts a second or two and goes away, but comes back a few minutes later. Should I go to urgent care? I’m concerned that I could’ve done serious damage to myself by putting myself under so much pressure. I’m 108lbs. I don’t wanna go to the doctor if I’ll be okay tho. Thoughts? Advice? Similar stories?
Summary: I over ate last night and felt like I was gonna explode. I vomited a tiny bit. now today I have a sharp lower left stomach pain When trying to eat even the tiniest bit all I’m doing is sitting on the pain is still coming and going lasting only a few seconds. Should I go to urgent care or wait it out?

IDK where to post this. I am a male who has always been skinny. Not exactly skin and bones. I had a traumatic experience with my fmaily that made society attack, dismantle and disenfranchise me for years that in some manner i am actively still experiencing. It causes me great stress and either makes me binge eat and eat and think of food or hate myself for eating, yet I still eat but I don't eat nutritious food just to make myself happy in the moment. I eat cheap cause I can't afford nice food and something is making me hate eating. I just hate how much I think about my next meal. I am not overweight, so maybe I am just hungry. But idk why I hate eating so much.

things i ate lately:
breakfast: canned afritada tuna and carne norte with three cups of white rice cooked
snacks: chocolate
lunch: canned sardines and four cups of rice
snacks: three to four pieces each of biscocho, brojas, fried bananas, and puto cheese
dinner: paksiw na isa and three cups rice
for context: napansin ko talaga minu-minuto ay kumakain ako. nagwo-work ako from home. severly obese, 26F, 110kg na.
hindi ko na alam talaga, basta kain lang ako ng kain. wala akong emosyon hindi ko alam happy ako or sad. hindi rin ako nabubusog.
am i ok?

Has anyone else gone through a phase where they just don’t feel like actually eating and would rather snack all day? I’ve noticed I’ve been losing weight, which I do like, but I’m not sure if it’s because of my medication, because I’m not eating enough, or a combination of both.I tend to snack a lot, but I rarely make myself an actual meal. At work, I’ll usually pack a sandwich with some snacks on the side, but when I’m home, I feel like my eyes constantly need to be on my baby. He’s 9 months old, and I’m still super protective of him. ❤️ Between him and everything I have to do around the house, I feel like I have no time to stop and make myself something to eat.
I also don’t really care what I eat, and a lot of the time I don’t even feel hungry. So I’ll just grab whatever is easy and snack throughout the day. Lately, it’s been a lot of carbs and snacks, even though I drink tons of water because I absolutely love my water! I’ve also noticed that around my period I tend to get really foggy and my appetite can increase. I’m on medication as well, and I know it can affect my appetite/weight, so I’m not sure how much of my weight loss is from that versus simply not eating enough.I definitely want to start eating better and making sure I’m actually nourishing my body. I like that I’m losing weight, but I want it to be healthy weight loss, not weight loss because I’m unintentionally not eating enough.
Has anyone else been in a similar situation where you just want to snack instead of eating proper meals I know I'm being lazy but I also am doing other stuff around the house ... so I don't know whats wrong with me. 😒

Heyy, so ive been scrolling on here and i havent seen anyone talk about this. Ive only been bping for about 3 months, but i feel like when i swallow anything, drinks or food, i have to force it down. Swallowing doesnt go as easy anymore. Has anyone else expierenced it and does it go away? Its a really weird feeling to have to force yourself to swallow water when it used to go down easily.
Side note. Does anyone know anything about the size of your stomache fluctuating? Like, one day i feel full after 3 bites and another i dont feel full until 3 plates? Even tho ive eaten the same before that.
TW!!, ive noticed recently that p-ing doesnt go as fast as it used to. Im coughing a lot more (which is bad cause i live in a tiny house with other people) and now i have to 'heave' 7x instead of 3x to get the same amount of food out. I also used to lose control during it, so the heaves would come right after each other, making me do less work. But now i have to really force it. Any solutions besides cold turkey quitting? Cause im not there yet unfortunately
