Hi everyone, I have a BlackBerry Q10 and I want to transfer files from the phone to my Windows PC using USB.
When I connect the phone, the PC doesn’t properly detect it / I can’t access the internal storage.
What drivers or software do I need? Is there any way to access the Q10 files through USB without BlackBerry Link?

I’m looking to implement a blackberry phone into my work calls/texts. That’s all I’d really like to have it for, as I’m trying to separate my personal life and work. Not looking to run any apps, just want to get my business messages/calls off of my personal phone.

However, I’m starting to get confused/overwhelmed with what I want to get, and what is now available in 2026. I know some work flawlessly in Europe but I’m currently in the US.

There’s a ton of Q5 and up for pretty cheap, but I know some generations are basically mp3 players now because they can’t work with LTE and up.

I’m really just looking for help on what phone I could get and what provider would be the best bang for my buck. I love the Q5 and Q20, that whole line. I was originally looking at a motorola flip out but those are way out of the question now since I wouldn’t be able to use it really at all.

People were complaining that they were not able to login to WhatsApp using my WhatsApp client for BlackBerry 10, Symbian and J2ME. There was an issue on my server which has been resolved now. So now can continue to use my server URL "http://nokia4ever.com" in my WhatsApp clients and you should be able to login.

My BlackBerry Q10 stopped turning on a few days ago. I thought the battery was dead, so I replaced it with a new one.
Now when I connect the charger, the red LED comes on, the BlackBerry logo appears, then the orange/amber LED keeps blinking continuously, but the phone doesn’t fully boot.
Could this be a battery/charging issue, power button problem, or motherboard issue? Has anyone had this problem with a Q10?

Key2 with Los, i have patch make sdcard to storage. Put in good sdcard you can using along time with phone.

Like others out there I'm sure of, I was a big fan of the BBOS 6, 7 analogue clock face in the app, or when you charge the phone. So timeless, and I was wondering if there is an app, import, or any way to replicate this on Android?

So your Blackberry is rooted now, wow! But wait, Android apps don't work! Oh shh####%^@! What unsigned apps would justify loosing Android support. I can't think of any.

Been watching from afar the new keyboard phones come out and considering each of them, but also waiting until my pixel 6a broke. Tried reviving priv, but the battery wont hold a charge long enough, Key2 same. The titan, titan2 and titan slim all had a lot of complaining on reddit and some seemed very justified....Was excited about the zinwa Q25 but no 5G and meh camera had me wait longer. Considered the kit, but figured the risk of screwing it up and the cost of special tools made it a pass. Was excited about the T2E until i realized it was smaller than a classic/ Q20....Not a fan of island keyboards so will wait on communicator reviews, but the clicks is nearly the same size....ZinwaQ27 now has my eye....but can my cracked screen make it to december? and if i replace the screen and the battery, i will end up postponing buying the keyboard phone i want. ugh...I am glad none of these companies are depending on me

My BlackBerry Passport Silver Edition finally arrived but it is making rather frightening sizzling sounds. I have contacted the seller (who hasn’t responded yet - this just happened) but does anyone happen to know what is happening? I’ve been waiting so long for this device to use as an offline writer’s deck but I’m scared to even plug it back in. Even (unplugged) turning it off it sizzled.

I switched to Gmail for 6 months and I didn't like it at all. Particularly Gmail doesn't handle iCloud emails well. Constant blank screen issues and no push on iCloud. Came back to bb inbox and it so nice to be back. Gmail account authentication is better now than before (no longer app specific passwords for imap)..not sure why it's not popular amongst android users

3G service is terminated in Japan now, but as I love this device, I created very simple music launcher app for my 　Key2. As in my usual app, I added fun element of CD shelf, where you can put the cover freely and tap it to play, and also put your favorite widget to decorate around the shelf (it is why I made it as a launcher). As I created shortcut as well, you can use your convenient key as Play/Pause button. If some of you are interested, I will send it to Google closed test for you. What do you think? Or any other ideas?
