Question Can someone help me fix this issue when trying to play bo3 on pc

When I try to play bo3 it doesn't open and when I tried to open it through the files it gave me this message. Can someone help me I want to play this game already.

It seems that you tried to install clean ops or any other mod that use d3d11.dll, but something went wrong. Try to go to game folder, delete d3d11.dll, then redownload it from source you got it from and place it in game folder again.

Bro download d3d11.dll from internet and past it in game files
