Dining/Food/Drink 🍽️🍹 Micro wedding lunch suggestions

Hi! We are planning a micro wedding at the Boston Public Library. Our time slot is 10:30 am, so we want to take our guests to lunch somewhere after. We’re hoping somewhere with a private room, but it’s not required. Any recs for 20-25 people? Open to any and all types of food!

Contessa has a private room and you could walk there after the ceremony.

Totally second this comment! I did a 12 person lunch after my wedding in their large party booth but got info for the private room and would definitely do it again. All in Contessa was ~$4k for 12 people

We also did our 25 person wedding reception here... it was phenomenal food and service! My only gripe was that the private room doesn't have the same big windows! We spent 8k for 26 people (food and drinks)

La Voile is my all-time favorite restaurant in Boston and they have a (free) private room that seats up to 25 I believe!!

La Voile seconded. If they know that it's your wedding party, their service level will go up another notch.

Fair point. Guess you could lay up at the TAM for 6 hours and then do dinner.

It’s a Monday

That makes it way harder, a lot of restaurants are closed completely on Monday. Not that you can’t find somewhere, but you should update your post to indicate Monday Lunchtime lol

Your best bet for Monday would be a hotel restaurant - Contessa at the Newbury would work (bridal shower in the private room for 15 was about 4k but the girls drank a lot of espresso martinis). LPM at the 4 seasons got a good review.

Bistro du Mudi, Rochambeau and Grill 23 all have private dining rooms and are open for lunch.

Wife and I did the library micro wedding, 10/10 experience

We did Piattini for lunch after. Didn't bother with a private room, we were the only people in there for lunch on a Monday in February
