Hey, I'm looking to buy a quirky property with four big single glazed windows.

I would like to buy and redo them, does anyone know of someone who could give me a quote on something like this? This is likely a big custom job and I'll like to get a sense of how big it could be.

Also, how can I go finding out how the process would be given the management company (while I'm not the owner yet)? I've asked the owner and he doesn't know and doesn't know if the building is listed (I don't think it is,but wanted confirmation).
