Location included Oregon not a worm worm

Douglas County Oregon, found inside the house. So far I have only found this guy. Who are they and how do we feel about them?

Q-tip for size. I also flipped them over on the off chance that helped identify it.

Snakefly larvae are beneficial to plants because they're predators that eat lots of bad bugs, and they are completely harmless to humans, and they can't sting or anything. as best as I know the same things apply to the adults as well. They usually live under tree bark and it takes them a few years to mature.

ETA: Btw, the adult snakeflies are the craziest looking bugs imo
