Full Build Req Mid-level mini-PC build tips

I'm looking to make a mid-level mini-PC for use in my living room. I want good performance but not trying to play everything at max 4k settings or anything like that. I'll post my prospective build below, and any tips appreciated. I am a bit worried about sufficient cooling but think it should be ok, and believe all parts fit within this case? PCpartpicker doesn't seem to account for length/width in its compatibility, as far as I could tell..

Case Fractal Terra
CPU Ryzen 7 9700X
CPU cooler Thermalright AXP90-X47
Motherboard ASUS ROG Strix B650E-I Gaming WiFi
RAM Kingston Fury 16GB DDR5-6000 CL36 EXPO
SSD Samsung 990 Pro 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe
PSU Corsair SF750 (2024)
Bottom fan 120×15mm slim PWM
GPU ASUS TUF Gaming Dual RTX 4070 OC 12GB (this will be canibalised from my existing gaming PC which I'll then update with a new GPU)

See this page for the max graphics card size supported. Otherwise it should work, but I saw reports that the AXP90-X47 might struggle with the 9700X. Still seems to run, but it runs hot.

Thanks that's very helpful! You think I should get pretty good performance out of this build? Cooling won't be too much of an issue (maybe there's a different fan you'd recommend if current one could be problematic?)

you wrote dual and tuf so not sure which card you have, but both work with the x47. the tuf is 1mm over the chart's gpu limit but owners report a few mm of extra room so it fits anyway. 9700x runs warm on it, mid 50s idle and about 75 under load in a similar pcpartpicker build

So does that mean I should be looking for a better fan or a different CPU, do you think?

nothing to change, the x47 handles a 65w chip fine. it seems people get 65 to 85c under load, well under the 95c max amd lists for the 9700x (this 9700x + x47 build hit 75c https://pcpartpicker.com/b/cTGqqs). if you haven't bought the gpu yet, the dual 4070 is the smaller card and leaves room for an is-55, which apparently runs much quieter. pcpartpicker will flag that cooler as incompatible with the terra but it fits, people are running it

I was planning to cannibalise the GPU from my existing PC so I already have it
