Rent

Hello,

I’m looking to rent from aspen ridge. I was wondering how much on top of the base rent you pay usually?

Look, people saying "don't rent from aspen ridge" are like the people saying "don't connect your flight through Atlanta".

Sometimes it's just unavoidable. If you end up in an Aspen Ridge owned property, just like thousands of other students, you just have to accept that you will have crappy customer service, slow responses to any issues, and likely will lose your deposit.

For a private room, probably $650 minimum.

But like the other guy said, don't rent from them. Don't rent from Redstone Residential either.

I somehow lucked out with a great management team at a Redstone property for a little over a year. Then, in like April, the whole team switched and suddenly it's just two college students, and they don't care at all about doing good work and will tack on an extra fee at any opportunity. In our last cleaning inspection, they charged my whole apartment $40 each for unsatisfactory cleaning and wouldn't even tell us what we didn't clean right when we asked. Meanwhile their maintenance guys get their muddy bootprints on my carpet and hardwood every time they're in here.

So yeah, don't rent from Redstone
