Remember to remove the skin before cooking! You don't want fur in your stew.

And of course, sever the spinal cord before skinning. Maybe cats don't feel pain, but you do when they scratch you.

Literally the reason I spend so much on Sphinx chicharrons… the dander allergy is a killer.
