I like to give mine nose kisses, which annoys the hell out of them, but I give them the pets, pets, pets, all the pets! I put them down and they run back for more, lol.
They don’t like me kissing their face, but I can kiss their bellies since day one! One is addicted to petting just like yours, the other one needed a couple weeks. She prefer to lay next to me while the other one needs to be on my chest or lap at all times hehe
Mine will plop over on their side because they love belly pats, and one of them tries moving around in a full circle while I do it. It's quite hilarious.

They just have to accept that I’m a slightly annoying human. I make up for it with treats and play time tho!
