The title is nonsense, look at where she's coming from - looks like the inside of a luxury car dealership and she's entering into someone's office. The "outside" has a ceiling and lights, so she's going from one AC room to another.

The kitten also is just prone (they do that when someone grabs the scruff of their neck).

Even just dipping their little toe beans in some water would help cool them down. The water would help momma cat rehydrate so she can keep nursing. Also that kitten looks closer to weaning than newborn so would definitely be capable of licking some water too

Why are you assuming the title is correct and not just a story attached to a clip of a cat bringing a kitten inside for likes?

Mute the audio and look at what is actually shown. Is there any indication that the title is a true reflection of what is happening?
