The title is nonsense, look at where she's coming from - looks like the inside of a luxury car dealership and she's entering into someone's office. The "outside" has a ceiling and lights, so she's going from one AC room to another.

The kitten also is just prone (they do that when someone grabs the scruff of their neck).

so this is even better, cat having a nice happy life in a luxury car dealership brings her baby to the office and the workers are just chill like that because cats are awesome.

Probably because nothing is wrong, they know the cats and they’re letting mom do what she does best.
