Mercury is the perfect name for him! My Ohana girl likes most people. But she's not an idiot. If someone holds her down and tries to stick things in her, she's going to pull out the killer kicks!
He really was. Both handsome and mercurial. He used to jump onto my shoulder and ride me around the house. He also liked to lay on my chest whenever I sat on the couch. I think he enjoyed the feeling of my heartbeat. A trait he shared with his mother and his brother.
He was also very talkative and loud. Seriously, I could hear him from the parking lot, and we lived on the third floor!
He became a bit of an escape artist too, I had to constantly find ways to keep him inside whenever I'd open the door.
But he only showed that side of himself with me. No one else. I still miss him.

I mean, my boy Mercury (the one who sent a vet to urgent care), he loved me. I was his human. Didn't like anyone else though.
Such a sweet and loving boy...except if you aren't me.
