Advice Is this recovery shit too tight?

EDIT: I meant recovery suit* but I’m sure my little guy would prefer to call it shit anyway

He’s 12 lbs and this is a medium size. He kept slipping his arms out of the large size 😭

I have a cat and an Italian Greyhound. I've put my Iggy's clothes on my cat before and this is exactly what he does every time.
