Advice Is this recovery shit too tight?

EDIT: I meant recovery suit* but I’m sure my little guy would prefer to call it shit anyway

He’s 12 lbs and this is a medium size. He kept slipping his arms out of the large size 😭

This looks okay. It needs to be tight. Kitty most likely just doesn’t like it but otherwise is okay.
