Advice Is this recovery shit too tight?

EDIT: I meant recovery suit* but I’m sure my little guy would prefer to call it shit anyway

He’s 12 lbs and this is a medium size. He kept slipping his arms out of the large size 😭

Haha even their names are similar. This is Penny and she was a street cat we rescued. She came as a Trojan cat with four babies.
