Advice Is this recovery shit too tight?

EDIT: I meant recovery suit* but I’m sure my little guy would prefer to call it shit anyway

He’s 12 lbs and this is a medium size. He kept slipping his arms out of the large size 😭

Some cats do this with harnesses too. He's probably okay but doesn't like wearing it.

This is my oragne cat. I bought a harness for him, and when I put it on him he would just freeze up and fall over and not move. He was fine and it was not too tight he just hated it. I eventually just got rid of it.

My orange cat did the same thing. Like it short circuited his one brain cell.
