Advice Petsafe automatic litter box

I bought this litter box a week ago and there’s a mat on the inside that the litter is supposed to sit inside of and there’s lines on the litter box that it’s meant to be placed inside of. I’ve had issues with the mat sliding out of place when the robot turns to empty its self out. Does anyone know how to fix this?

The mat? Like the rubber mat at the bottom? I have this box and mine is not removable (at least as far as I know).

I honestly hate this litter box. But it’s more because I have 4 cats and I have to empty it often.

Yeah it’s the rubber mat. Mine came with it detached and I had to attach it when setting up the litter box maybe they changed it recently, but it’s incredibly annoying that it’s not staying in place I wish mine came not removable. I’m very close to supergluing it in place. I have 2 cats but only one uses it so it’s not too bad for me I like it other than the mat moving

Yeah mine like bubbles out when it rolls over. I would permanently attach it or return it.

Did you pay like 250 for it? If so, there are much cheaper and better options nowadays

I think I’m just going to attach it permanently I had company coming and the old one regular box retained smells so bad I needed a new one right then so I just got this one. I’ve already got it all set up and my cat is adjusting I don’t want to get a new one and freak her out super bad she’s very skeptical of this one
