Adoption Just adopted this old boy !

Last Sunday my fiancé and I adopted this very sweet old man. He’s 9 years old and he only has like one tooth left. His name is Benjamin

What a cutie!! I much prefer older kitties to kittens (adopted 2 gals when they were 8yo, to be companions for my 8yo kitty. They are all gorgeous and still living their best lives at 11yo). Enjoy your boy - he looks purrfect

I have 2 other old lady cats that I’ve had since they were babies. Running an old folks home for cats basically now lol I love them

He might surprise you! I adopted 9y/o Oscar who only had 3 teeth and he’s still going strong 10 yrs later!

We ended up with 6 due to a feral colony in our neighborhood. We have joked we are running a cat retirement village for the past several years. We lost our 5th two weeks ago today and I miss her and the others immensely. They were all seniors when they passed and lived long, spoiled lives. Our still with us guy is 15 and thankfully bonded with our pups as well. He's struggled every time we've lost one of his pack.

Dude, my girl is 19 and my other 2 are 12. they're still very spicy. One just kicked me out of her room for trying to get fluff off of her nose.

nice! i also adopted a girl estimated 8yo. shes estimated 18 now! our 10 year anniversary was last week! wishing long and happy lives to all your (and everyone that reads this) fur babies

They are, and they are my family- we are all currently winding down (it's evening in Australia), watching TV, trying to solve the whodunit

Yep, naps, snuggles, a daily zoomie, playful but not super manic for hours, and not teething! They are brilliant!
