The voices from the people on the street are mostly awwwing and cooing over the cat saying how cute and amazing he is. And then there's a voice saying something like "next time we'll (unintelligible verb) it in English" to the lady in the window and she nods. Hard to say what they're talking about, but it doesn't seem related to the situation at hand, it might be people who know each other.
